- If your tip is out of stock, you can either sign up for email alert, or go through our usual warranty submission process, sending the rod back to us for service. Sending back for service is typically the fastest service in this case. We use this alert system because we typically don't have reliable ETAs for out of stock product.
- If you broke any section other than the tip (top) section, it will need to be sent back to us for service in all cases
- We highly suggest using UPS to ship your tip section if possible.
- The replacement tip sections (complete top section of the rod) listed are available for purchase without shipping your rod back to us. This is the full top (tip) section of the rod.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE ROD MODEL NAME PRINTED ON THE HANDLE SECTION OF YOUR ROD MATCHES WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING HERE. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER IF THE PRINT ON YOUR ROD DOES NOT EXACTLY MATCH THE MODEL YOU ARE ORDERING. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and re-shipments.
